Today's story is all about Billy Bob. Billy Bob is a renter/poor man/alcoholic/part-time painter/loser/horrible dad. The house across from me is old and delapidated. They are going to sell it. There's a bid in for 90,000.00. The land is worth more than that. Well, Billy Bob heard about this...and now he wants to buy it. Let's forget the fact he has no liscense, no credit, and can barely afford to feed his family. His " Aunt" said she'd " give" him 90,000.00.
Somehow, I don't buy it. If he had an Aunt that had a little money, why would she let them live in squaller? Why wouldn't she have bought them a car when they were without one for ( just recently 2 weeks) and more recently ( 7 months). This " Aunt" mysteriously appears when he wants to buy this house. I say Billy Bob need to move further from my town, not become a home-owner. PLUS what that idiot doesn't realize is that 90,000 may buy the house, but there is taxes, back money owed on electric and water, and the house needs about 50,000 to fix it up to code. Wait til the building inspector sees it. It's not really fit to live in. My neighbor ( the caretaker) has let it go...............Squirrels have gotten into the attic, and he says they are chewing on the Electrical wiring. Billy Bob is so misinformed. Hopefully, he'll move soon, but do'nt worry i'll still have lots more horrible neighbor stories........what's YOURS?
