A shopping I will go?

There is a small Foot Locker in my city. Very small. 1 cash register. 1 very annoying jamaican lady. I was in the store for 30 minutes.....twice. My son didn't want to go shopping, so i'm shopping for him....to look for shoes.

A mexican father with his 3 children takes about 20 minutes of that time...adding a hat here...a pair of shoes here.........and his 1st card was declined. EMBARRASSING! It's everyone's nightmare to have that happen. Shopping is such a lovely experience. I'll have to blog ya later about my trip i'm about to take.

The one young girl yesterday kept asking , " can I help you?" and i said , no, i'll just wait in line for another 20 minutes.........to which she replied, " We only have one register".
Then close the fucking place down........... !

I should call the Foot Locker Headquarters and complain. A half an hour and I don't even have to try on shoes. And it's not Xmas. Shop til you drop!

Thank god for the " Student driver" logo

I passed a student driver on the road today. It was a young woman who looked about 16. She was gripping the steering wheel like it was her first lover. Thank god for those signs on the car. I want to put " horrible driver" on many, many cars.............Ppl need refresher courses every so often. blog ya later.

Saddam Hussein should be missing!

What i mean is............We should have found him technically, but, then he should disappear like Jimmy Hoffa. Was there ever a choice to remove Saddam from power? omg the man and his sons were monsters. In different countries, the ppl are like animals....slaughtering one another...they are not civilized. Oh. one knew there would be backlashes from capturing that evil man.......but he needs to be jailed, and any other terrorists along with him.

In the Washington Post Magazine today, they have an article about blogging. The article is by David Von Drehle. He talks about two bloggers.........one right wing and one left wing. I understand both sides of the fence. But, in my heart i'm like an aging hippy. Make love not war. But I totally understand in today's world we have to have war. It's unavoidable. But , please don't call our soldiers baby killers. They are doing their job. Quite well. Most of us have no idea what it's like in the Middle east. Only what we read. I praise all the men and women over in Iraq, and other foreign countries who are fighting for our freedom.

A dedication

I'd like to dedicate this post to Frieda Wright-Sorce, who passed away Sunday, July 10th, 2005. Frieda was the wife of Popular DJ " Don Geranimo" aka Michael Sorce, who DJ's on WJFK 105.7 fm from 3-7 weekdays. Her untimely passing is a shock, and I have a been a listener for 20 years. I have listened to her and Don squabble, talk about their son, Bart, and life. They almost made you feel like you were part of their family. As a mother and wife, i I could tell that Frieda was a wonderful wife and mother, loved her only son Bart, and adored her husband, whom she would call " Sugarbear" affectionately. When my own son, who is 1 year older than Bart, called to tell me the news Monday, I cried. She will be dearly missed. My prayers go out to the Sorce family. She was a wonderful woman. i'm speaking of Paulie Shore. Son-in-law's Paulie Shore. He's back with a receeding hairline and a little less energy. Can this man be any more desperate for women?

High maintenance People

Eeeeeeeeeek! I want to scream. I hate dealing with high maintenance ppl. Truly. My husband is a contractor........so.....a family member is going to want to use him to do some remodeling for her in a home that she will probably buy.

Several questions are coming up......Can i tear down this wall? What about the duct work inside that wall? I want an all tiled shower. The shower floor must be tiled. i'm thinking.....you'd better have money. Of course , they say, " I know because we're family, we'll get a good price". This is the same person that ran, i kid you not, probably 20 contractors around looking at her old house--to do flooring. She never hired one of them.

I think we're in for a long haul. It would be so much simpler if everyone had common sense......and didn't want more than they could have. This project will probably be a nightmare. Once it's over......we may not speak. Do you have anyone in your life that is that friggin difficult?

have you ever been so broke that you are looking in old pairs of shorts/pants just hoping you left a $20 in them? I am that broke. lol...... Until our customer's pay us........I am. I wonder what it would be like to be rich beyond your wildest imagination.

Great Couple.............

Poor Jenn. I just got back from seeing the movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had great chemistry. Besides her bony legs, she has a great body. The movie is pretty good--I'd recommend it. Lots of shooting, blowing things up, action, car chases.........It has a few dull spots, but not many.

Those two make being an assassin look like fun. My prayers go out to those in London and their families. What a horrible tragedy. They need to round up these Middle easterner terrorists...or whoever is doing this and put them in a fiery pit. blog ya later.

1st of all. Happy 4th of July. I hope everyone has a safe and Happy Holiday. Terry McMillan, author of " how Stella got her groove back" is filing for divorce. It seems her boy toy is gay. What a shock! Well, personally i think he's bi......because how could a gay man seduce a woman that good. Damn. that's some fine acting. It seems that the boy toy wants a piece of the action, of course. The fact that she made him an american citizen isn't enough for him.

The jamaican stud's name is Jonathan Plummber ladies, so don't fall for that when he bats his eyelashes. He's faking his orgasms g/f, trying to get into your gucci purse.

She's 53. He's 30. Johnny boy? what are you crying about? you're 30--you can start over. McMillan is menopausal. She came up with a damn good story...but she doesn't need someone as young as you..........Next time her new b/f will be potty trained.
