Let's Get Hitched!

First of all, My deepest sympathy goes out to the families of the 14 marines killed in yesterday's Bombing in Iraq. Those are brave men and women fighting for our country, and I Thank them so much for doing what they do. I know it can't be easy in a strange country, fighting for your life each and every day, but there are those of us who appreciate each and every one of them.

THANK YOU! If you know anyone serving in Iraq, please send them a link to my blog so they can read this. I wish i could do more, but i wanted to make sure they knew that so many ppl are praying for their safe arrival home, and that each and every one of them is sent back to this country for good.

Now, on to my rant. Don't you just hate when someone puts an ad for their wedding, and it's just showcasing their careers, how much college they have, their degrees, etc.
Well, on what particular ad in the Washington Post, names changed to protect the idiots, Kelloon and Brute, ( the each have silly names that are not in the norm)
They had an "afternoon wedding", as opposed to a midnight wedding, where the vampires can attend. Anyway, in Kelloon's wedding announcement, both the bride's parents and groom's parents showcased THEIR careers also. How splendid. Wouldn't it be nice..........
if we printed their REAL lives for them. ahem.

oh my, They were married in June. Perfect month for brides. Their reverend, whome they name....plug plug married them at her parent's home on the beach.

Her mother, Kelloof, was ecstatic that the contractors were able to remove all the mold from her home, before the wedding. They go on to tell about all the Government positions the groom's father has held. woo pee. Turns out he had an intern he slept with. In order to keep her quiet, he sent her to live in Canada.

I'm sure she'll be quite happy there. I just love reading all the announcements........Wouldn't it be great if we checked back in after 10 years?

Maybe the rednecks should put announcements about their shotgun weddings.........that would be interesting. oh well.........blog ya later!
