Do You sit out on the front porch like a hound dog?

I always wondered why ppl like sitting on their front porches. Sitting and relaxing on your deck, or in your backyard is so much more private and relaxing.

I have neighbors, which i have mentioned before . we'll call them Mr. and Mrs. Bo deen.....the kids and the male half love sitting on their front porch getting attention and being very nosy. How would you feel if every time you left your house....your neighbors were out on their porch....watching. talk about having NO LIFE.............

It's time to start discussing Disney. I'm going to have to put my blog link on other web sites. I need more web traffic : ) Disneyworld was lots of fun. If you are an explorer, you'll love seeing all the different lands of Disney. We spent a lot of time in Tomorrowland. That's where Space Mountain and the best ride.......... the Buzz Lightyear ride....are. Buzz Lightyear is fun for younger kids and older kids ( even teens). You get in a little car and you and your partner each have a plastic gun which has a red laser that can shoot the targets. You try and rack up as many points as possible. My husband and son got almost 200,000. A very good score. I think my biggest score was 27,000. Hey--I tried. If you ever do get to Disney.......plan on walking plenty of " miles". I have no friggin idea how the women with heels handled it. I wore my tennis shoes, thank God. Well, more on Disney on the next post. American idol tonight. I sure hope Bo wins over that sweet as cherry pie--ruins a good diva's song--Carrie. Vote Bo and vote often. comments are welcome. - Janie

i'm having one of those days.........My son had a baseball game today. They won 27-10. they are now 3 and 0 ..... some of the kids were swinging their bats, i was trying to keep score....good thing no one's head came off. Well, my trashy neighbors had a yard sale today. Dont think they sold much. there was a little girl about 8 screaming at every car that went by.....i'm sure they're all related. Poor me. I hope those renters gtfo soon. anyone seen the new star wars movie?

Welcome to Disney! Now hand over your wallet.

Disney is sooooooooo expensive. I paid more for food there than I ever have in my life. If you've been to Disneyworld and would like to comment, please do. That Buzz lightyear ride in Tomorrowland was awesome. I'll give my trip in comical details, but must i add........it is a bit much for the kids, but worth it. My son said he enjoyed the hotel pool with the slide the best. Go figure! Has anyone else ever been to that overcrowded Airport called Orlando International. Oh........my.........God. i know it's more convenient to fly, but i'd rather have a root canal than go through check in, security, and wait in line for our flight. I'm so glad i'm home. More later. My crazy neighbors

one part of my life i've never discussed is my crazy, trashy neighbors. i'll update you on them from time to time as the developments occur. Last night, i had two teenagers running around outside the front of my house yelling while i'm trying to get my 6 yr old to bed. It was after 9, on a school night. Sorry to piss on anyone's Cheerios, but shouldn't all school kids be in by 9?

Damn. No one wants to parent these days. I'm no Donna Reed, but i have my children in by 8:30 usually, most of the time it's before that actually. lol My 14 yr old complains. " Mom. Everyone else gets to stay out later". yes, and they have parents who are permissive. Anyway, I love kids, but when it starts getting late...........everyone needs to be inside ( except adults of course) and i don't want them hanging out in front of my house either.

Ok. to give you a little background on myself.......My husband and I are middle class parents. We live in the suburbs. We have a nice, average home. We also collect cars. We have 4 cars and 2 work trucks, and My older bratty son has a car.

We're not rich, but we support our family. Anyway, in our neighborhood there are several families who work hard and are very good parents. However, up the street, 2 houses up we have a rental home.........We've had another family of winners living there 2 families ago. They were bad also. The boy both took and dealt drugs, got kicked out of his HS and had every lowlife in my city visiting him. The mother was a single mother with an alcoholic, drug addicted b/f who i saw nearly daily, hanging out on the front porch, sometimes making his drug deals loudly on his cell phone ( which i'm sure she bought) that family moved, thank god.
Now we have what i'll call WT2 ( white trash 2)
This is going to be a long post to read. Hope i don't bore you. Anyway in WT2's family we have the working alcoholic that's not working/part time painter/pretty much loser as head of household. He's not a very responsible parent, but i suppose he tries in his own way. The Mom of the house seems ok, but has not bothered to teach her children respect, and let's them pretty much stay out very late.

The two siblings, The girl, 16, boy, 13. They've already angered 3 neighbors and they've only lived here about 6 months. They'll trespass on your property, play loudly in front of your house ( not their own) hang out on their front porch screaming at cars/people that go by. They will look in the windows of your home as often as they can. My home it was from the sidewalk, so you can't see too much, but with my neighbor next door, they were up close and personal right at her bedroom window. They are menaces which i suppose i'll have to put up with. My neighbor across the street ( their next door neighbor) hopes they don't last through the winter.
Well, this isn't Mayberry.

Demi with child?

there was something funny from Jimmy Kimmel live...... It seems Ashton Kutcher denied rumors that his much older almost menopausal g/f is pregnant. When they said she was " with child" they meant she was with him. bahahaha! I was reading the style section of The Washington Post and there was an article on the deodorant " Axe" and how it appeals to young men 18-24 hell, last year when my son was 13, he liked that deodorant. so it's appealing to everyone. If Rudolph had a life of his own, a girlfriend, a pet, or a hobby maybe he wouldn't have gone around blowing things up.

so, Brittany is pregnant hmmmmm. A whole new Generation of trash. Lucky us. It just shows you money can't buy class. Look at Roseanne. Good lord and if that doesn't show you women stomach stapling doesn't always work. <>

a thin kitchen?

By now you know that I love Fat Actress which comes on Monday nights at 10 p.m.

The show started off pretty well, and some episodes are weak, but they still provide at least some comic relief. Last night, Kirstie was saying she wanted her kitchen remodeled so she'd lose weight with a different kitchen.

Let's be real. The only way that that's going to happen--is if you make the new kitchen without a refrigerator!
